Abe is the only person who maliciously blamed the crime on someone else.
Or I could change my answer and say that Bert did it because Abe said that Bert did it and Bert blamed it on someone else... so that's two strikes against him.
If Abe is telling the truth then so is Charlie and that is two truths, I would think it has to be Charlie because it is the only one that involves one person.
