next up is the e93...it doesnt bother me. would it be better if we made it e9Xpost.com? that would look stupid on a sticker.

I really don't see this wave of negativity about the 335i you speak of.

Topics will be repeated doubly between the two sections and will generally be a pain to get to the information you need.

Only threads that have to do with specific cosmetic changes would be different between the two cars (ie "what kind of hood or trunk lip or add on should i put on my car, etc etc". And for those types of topics, usually any owners input is valuable regardless if they drive a pinto or a mclaren)
Exactly. The variety is good anyway, I think over the last year I've seen enough pics of the sedan. It's cool to see E91 pics, E92 pics and soon E93.

that's because it shows itself in the form of passive aggression. i'll give you an example. I simply asked the question recently what makes the 6 series worth so much more than the 335...it was a curiosity question. I wasn't trying to prove anything. I legitimately wanted to know, realizing there's more than likely a damn good reason beyond just economies of scale and badge recognition. It was just a question..a discussion..isn't this a discussion forum?

Well I got flamed over and over and labeled a 335i fanboy/koolaid drinker/etc for that. It was 100% due to the fact that I was a 335 owner and people here seem to assume that all us 335 owners think they are m3 destroying badasses that think they drive gods gift to cars. Nothing could be further from the truth in my case at least. I really haven't seen it from other 335 owners either...most 335 owners seem to 'walk around here' like they're on egg shells trying not to ruffle the 325/330 guys feathers.

it's out of hand.

you want to see flames find yourself a good manual vs. auto thread. who cares?

I see what you mean though, it would be pretty stupid to have everyone get all uppity about whose car is faster or more expensive.. like the post earlier in this thread suggesting the forum should be divided into fast/slow bmw's.... oh wait, that was you.

I know you were joking!! Did your mommy ever teach you that sometimes just because you're "joking" doesn't mean people won't take you seriously?

Ughh... nevermind, don't answer that... there's no point in arguing about this.

If E90/E91/E92/E93 owners can't all get along there is no hope for humanity.

I'm not sure what's more disturbing...e92 owner hate or the fact that 'someone' edited my post with no mention or notification.

this place is getting creepy.
