the trick is to drink a lot of water before and after taking NO eXPLODE.
In the long run, it can give kidney stones and liver failure. So before my trainer told me about the side effects. I used to take NO Explode everyday, now I only take it 2-3 times a week max. By limiting the input and working hard, you actually sweat out the NO explode.

I drink tons of water and only take 1 scoop and it works well enough for me. I work out at 5:30am every day so I need a pick me up and I can tell that I am more alert while lifting which is just what I needed.
If you are anything like me, these supplements will be the last thing blamed if my liver fails

I was taking Shock Therapy, I believe a similar product, and the first few times using it was great. Putting up slightly more weight and reps then normal. Everything was good using it I was downing atleast a liter of water before/during/after my workout. Then I went a few months without using it much and last month started up again. It made me extremely jittery and anxious even though everything else I did the same. Felt like I was going to have a panic attack.
No more for me, sticking with whey protein and a good diet. |

Yeah...this guy at my gym swears by it...
Picked up the NO Xplode though because it was more popular at the time. I took one scoop of NO the other day and it did jack compared to when I took three scoops. My heart wasn't racing though, but I still felt tired. |

Bump...
I think I'm losing the edge I had with NO the first time I took it. Went back to one scoop...no effect. Tried two scoops again and I barely felt a difference. Should I go for 2 and a half? |

TiAg be very careful with this stuff, among an energy boost it does contain a creatine monohydrate. Which is fine but as guys have said, You need to drink a crap load of water I think its close to 2 or 3L of water a day.
Your not feeling the same rush because you've hit what i like to call a "mental block." Your expecting to much from the stuff. Just get yourself pumped before gym, drive like a maniac listen to music that gets the blood rushing, do a few short breaths followed by a long one, all these will help with the energy loss your experiencing. In school we had to do a little project on supplements and i chose No-xplode as I was using it at the time. From what i read, it doesnt cause cancer but it can increase the growth of a bodily infection such as cancer. I cant prove this but I remember reading about something along that line. So my advice, I wouldnt smoke and use NO-Xplode. I know that smoking doesnt always lead to cancer but its just not right. NO xplode is a great supplement which will give you crazy muscle pumps. If you want to increase your pumps, drink a crap load of water with your work out, The water consumed will be sent to your muscles and the excess water will exit naturally :P I can also vouch for shock therapy. Great gains. If your looking for something along the line of a muscle builder (not muscle pumps) and avoid the creatine I would suggest Animal M-stak. Its a natural non hormonal anabolic stack. I swear by that stuff. I actually still have a tub of Xplode left. I think im gonna use it before doing my combo of M-stak and Animal Pump. I dont like drinking supplements(other than protein) they sometimes make me feel sick or bloated.

I used up a tub of it and thought it was great, but my body started getting used to it. So I ordered Universal Animal Pump and Universal Animal Stak. It's quite a few pills, but holy hell it gets me pumped. After the first week, I went up to higher weights for almost every exercise by a lot and still had energy after I left the gym. Great stuff, but you have to drink lots and lots of water.

I took Tonalin CLA before working out and I felt like I could never get tired. That stuff will amp you a little; probably not as much as a pre-workout drink.
