yeah foo! I am going to need details at some point about registration...etc. There are some non-e90 peeps that are interested in doing this. BTW... I have been running....and that time is going down foo! Fo sho! Plus....I am going to have to start doing some hills....then its on like DK.

I start my Fartlek training next week again. Took a whole week off last week and recovered. Started building my base miles again at 70% Vo2 Max this week. Rosebowl 5k pace run next week? What cha think? Target ~ sub 9:00 minute miles? I feel the pain already.
