Jim (owner/financer of the P4/5) has talked for a while that it will take a lot of cues from the P4/5 and telling us how beautiful it was going to be. He was right. I also believe they took some engine cooling/aerodynamics from it as well (which can't be seen visually).

Someone on fchat photoshopped CS wheels on it and it resembled the Enzo more so than the P4/5 with them for some reason. The first half of the cockpit anyways.

I really love it in all ways. And its design is quite different and special compared to the others. And in Ferrari every model has its own style. I'd take it any day over an R8 V10, Gallardo LP560-4, 911 GT2, ZR1 and GT-R, but I would think twice if the Gallardo was a LP560-2, a RWD.

Absolutely lovely car!! Ferrari always seems to amaze in this respect!!! 0 to 100kph in 3.4 seconds, top speed of 326kph, 4.5 litre V8 with racecar-like compression ratio of 12.5:1 and cranks out a huge 577bhp at a monstrous 9000rpm coupled to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and looks to KILL???? Wow!!! Makes my Sunday.

Think quads would look better than the three pipes in the middle.

Wingmirrors attached to the section above the door look much much much better.

Good sir, I rest my case.

Was an overgeneralization obviously.

But when the wingmirrors are attached to the body in such a fashion as that Koenigsegg or that Veyron it looks "cheap".
The Zonda pulls it off though, the style of mirrors on that are radically different than the other two cars you posted.

I like mirrors that come out from the body. I don't see how it looks "cheap".

One of the best looking examples

What a beautiful car from Ferrari, this car makes me feel like a kid again, I have something to lust after for another 10 years And as for poster #3, give me a break, nice criticisms you make... if you have something negative to say, atleast be constructive about it, you come across as if you have an IQ of 10.

I'll make an exception. Which Porsche is this again?

Holy fuh, it's beautiful, sidemirrors and all.

Wrong.

I was just pissed when I saw that front end, not nearly as aggressive as the F430's, and I lost it at the mutilation of the rear end. I'm sure I'll come around eventually.

But I am right about the wingmirrors.

Trust me - if/when you see that side by side with the 430, you will change your tune. This design is amazing; although I could see how the rear could be too "loud" or "busy" for some. But for me, I love how aggressive the rear is and the lines on the side are amazing. I don't think the mirrors you suggest would look good on this specific car, but they do look more appropriate on some.

The side profile is indeed amazing.

I'll need to see it in person or something, probably a long time from now lol.

I love this new 458. It looks more like the old 355. I'm just not sure about the rear though. It should have 4 taillights and I'm not sure about the F40 3 exhausts.

Here's another funny observation I made:

It's to pay tribute to the F40. And they are fully functional.

The 2 outside pipes are open at idle, the 3rd pipe opens up upon acceleration.

I like the three pipes, and actually like it so much that we just put down money for the delivery of one in the future, not clear yet but should be about 24 months!!

Awesome....congrats!

I love it too. I don't think it looks strange at all. My heart is still pounding with how much I love this car.
