I just had the pleasure of driving a Dodge Caliber. It was so bad that felt i was sorry even revving it (only to make progress, you see).
The dashboard was so high that it looked like it was off a Jeep. Easily the worst car ive ever driven.

Depends. If you mean just a old no amenity piece of crap then it would have to be a mid-90's Passat that one of my friends owned.
If you mean reliability wise, my 2005 Volvo S40. I would have set that piece of crap on fire to collect the insurance money if I didn't care about getting arrested.

My wifes 2003 Chevy Cavalier. I hate that fucking piece of shit with a passion. The breaks pulse even after we got them fixed. The windows take what feels like forever to roll up. You can nearly turn the steering with 1/4 a direction before the car turns.
Worst car ever. Kind of proves why and how GM got to where they are today. Oh and yes, I've tried multiple times to get rid of it. She won't budge because it's paid off and she refuses to have 2 car payments like we're some broke ass people on food stamps

-Approach light under driver side mirror fell out 3 times for no reason. -Radio replaced 2 times for randomly locking up and refusing to turn on, even after engine shut off/restart. -Driver side seat belt replaced 2 times. Once because it jammed in the retracted position, and another time because it started to fray. -Alternator replaced. -Right headlight replaced. -Both front axles replaced. -Power steering column replaced. -Passenger seat airbag sensor replaced at least 3-4 times for faulty reading. -Car randomly shut off completely on me while driving in a parking lot. Complete electrical shutdown. Dealer couldn't pull codes and it never came back. -And the thing ATE brake pads. I had them changed on that car every 5-7500 miles due to squealing or some other issue. There are more but I've forgotten. Plus, the service was atrocious. One time I had my oil changed and they forgot to put the screws for the splash guard back in. The front of the shield became unhinged, got caught on a raised manhole cover, and then got ripped completely off the car. Dealer had no explanation for their carelessness. I would never, ever in my life waste my money on a Volvo again. Great looking cars, but mechanical nightmares, at least with my experience.

I don't know who makes it but it is the best and worst car I've ever driven depending on situation. A Galloper II. Its an suv. Handles like shit on any type of pavement, but when we were on those dirt roads in Costa Rica in the rainy season and had to barge 3ft deep stream beds it was a beaut.

1974 Volvo 245D (station wagon), pea soup green that had been thru sandstorms when it was less than 2 years old. It taught me to carry all my tools, the shop manual, and a few key spare parts with me everywhere I go. It also taught me just how strong a human body can be when under stress. I was working on it one day, and I swear I lifted the one side off the ground from underneath it.
I got rid of it one day when it failed at work on a Friday. I punched a hole in the passenger window, and Monday I came to work in a new car. |

Senior year of high school.. Opened up 115mph with it. I once had four people in the car and had to floor the gas pedal to keep a constant 75mph

Had a Nissan Murano for a while, stupid POS completely fell apart. I hated that car more than anything by the time it was gone. Then...I got a Nissan Versa rental car, god what a horrible piece of shit.
I wish I had a better experience with Nissan, but I didn't. I'll never buy another one, or Infiniti. |
