I’ll see if I can shove my phone under the rear of my car during daylight hours….the inspection video wasn’t great for finding still shots

It looks to me as though Ando’s eDrive40 and my M60 have very similar looking rear suspension (this is a picture above my rear driver’s side wheel I took before I headed out the door this morning).

Thanks, ando and RicharInCA! Really appreciate the efforts helping me out.
If I am not mistaken, the red arrow should point to the spring or airbag. If you see "ribs" in the video, then that's spring. If you see smooth rubber (may looks like plastic due to dust) then that's airbag. Thanks again! |

Sorry - I can’t make that out in my video - the tech is walking over to the tires and then showing me the brake pads not stopping to give me a view of the suspension (hence my stills are blurry)

Not sure if this helps, but I took a picture of my rear tire yesterday and happened to notice some writing on the suspension. If you look at the second shot where I zoomed it in a little, it says "Do not open" and "HIGH GAS PRESSURE" on the part. Wouldn't that indicate that the rear has air suspension?
As a reminder, I took delivery of an eDrive40 last Thursday in the US market. I hope this helps.

In addition to the picture of my car above, the savagegeese video below indicates that the eDrive40 has air suspension in the rear, and shows a picture of the air spring. It shows that at around the 10:43 point in the video below. Sounds like the matter is confirmed - the US market eDrive40 gets air suspension.
