Crazy you should say that - I was behind one today and man those are sick!

You mean you'd be bored owning one – probably different for LLarry, since that's what he chose.

718 GTS 4.0, if you can find one of the last few allocations still available.

Ten years ago I would have said a Ferrari convertible, but I'm older now and Ferraris, while great to look at, don't have the same appeal anymore.

And -- upon further reflection -- I suppose given the $3 million, I could do a Porsche 911 Carrera S convertible instead for another 100K over what the M440iC would run. (A couple of years ago, I sold one of the best cars I'd ever owned -- a 2013 Porsche 981 Boxster S -- because my wife and I decided that we were tired of the low entry and exit; would the 911 be any different?)

That's a friend's dream car, and he went all-out trying to buy one. He wasn't successful and ended up buying a 911 Carrera GTS instead.

Just bought my dream house well away from the madding crowd so I'd be spoilt for choice as I love my wheels. Immediate trickle would go on getting my old 928 back on the road eradicating its electrical glitches and probably get a Bentley cabriolet for wifey.

^I like that idea.

Also would consider a very capable new truck, either Tundra or GMC to tow a new boat.

In the scenario of unexpectedly receiving a windfall of $3 million, with the intention to prioritize investment and savings, I would designate a portion for the purchase of a car that aligns with my personal preferences. After careful consideration, I would opt for the Tesla Model S. This luxury vehicle offers impressive acceleration, long-range capabilities, and advanced autonomous features, providing an exceptional driving experience. Additionally, Tesla's extensive Supercharger network ensures convenient access to fast charging stations for long-distance travel. The Tesla Model S combines cutting-edge technology, performance, and driving pleasure, making it an appealing choice for my car purchase.

OK, screw the Silver bullets. Put in some White Claws and I'm good

Seriously though, '70 Cougar 351C, and the damn sequential trigger tails and front lifting headlight covers better work! Deep flake metallic grey, bright blue trim on wheel wells, light brown leather interior.

Hard question... my gut reaction is Ferrari F40. Probably a US spec car. I don't know if if could be obtained and made to run and drive for under $3M, but it would be amazing to have a green F40 with beige seats. I know at least one exists, perhaps the Sultan of Brunei has one.

A Singer Porsche is perhaps a more sane choice, something I think I could conceivably use everyday without too much compromise. I'd have it in British racing green, with some sort of houndstooth motif throughout the interior. I'd want something going off of the 930 with the big whale tail spoiler on the back.

So yeah final answer has got to be a Singer Porsche 911 Turbo.

I too am all in on a Singer Porsche or a GT3 Touring...either one. Been a Porsche fan since I was a kid so there is no question I'd get a 911 of some sort

Cayenne Turbo...
Fast, handsome, all the space I'll ever need, comfortable, safe...
and it's a Porsche, configured exactly as I choose.

I had a Cayenne Turbo Coupe. It was very nice and luxurious but a tad bigger than I wanted so went back to a Macan.
