Thats what I was gonna say. Judging by his chicken legs , he must've got that upper body from prison. They don't give you much to work with in there. So all they do is pull ups and push ups. I know a guy who was probably 5'4" less than 150lbs with about 18" arms. He was locked up for 5yrs.
