I'm just curious if you cross shopped these two cars. I think MC20 is overall the better car due to it's limited production, butterfly door, 100k cheaper, and not being a hybrid means the exhaust probably sounds better.

I get what you are saying but the typical buyer for a new ferrari is not looking for maserati as a cross shopped.. but thank you bud.

ferrari has some patented stuff going on with this exhaust to make it sound like a v12, at least in the cabin. in a nutshell they are doubling the exhaust frequency of the v6 using some patented piping to make it sound like a v12.

hybrid has nothing to do with sound. its there to fill the turbo lag. the hybrid m340i sounds the same as the non-hybrid unless there is some new opf filter going on.

nsx sounds meh because sound wasn't a top priority for them. they have a tighter budget than ferrari when creating a supercar for obvious reasons.

296gtb starting price is 100k more than the maserati. different buyers.

Beautiful car but I am way too OCD to park a car like that in a shared garage. I would be checking on it several times a day lol.

I understand and I get your point but at the end of the day the are just cars.. and life is too short and beutiful for me to be thinking about stuff like that.

The 296 sounds way better than it probably should. I was skeptical at first but I'm impressed, and those seats are awesome.

White and red are for show-cars IMO. You never know if you got a stain on your a$$, cause you can't see it. You don't want to find out because you transferred it to your car's leather.
