How much of a mark-up did your dad have to pay? or was it 'reasonable'?

Just curious to know, as I have a friend who's been scouting some cars, and he mentioned the ZR1 the other day.

He has a friend who owns a dealership so he paid sticker for his. From what I've read though it seems like 20k + is what dealerships are asking right now.
