i just realized that my court date is this thursday! so im going to go to court and fight it, and we will see what happens!

I would like to but the only Saturday they have left is 10/25 and I think my wife and her friends are planning a halloween party for that night. I unfortunately can't make any of the Friday dates since I have to work.

Good luck with court. The first hearing is just to plead not guilty. The date they give you after that is the important hearing for the cop to show up at.

oh ok thats fine. i would like to get at least one high performance driving school in before the end of the year. do you know which one has a decent school? im trying to find out how to get into this sport properly but its hard when no one knows anything.

well i had court yesterday for my speeding ticket and basically i got fucked by the long dick of the law. but the two people that got caught driving with a suspended license and without insurance got everything wiped except a small fine. this justice system is so fucked up its not funny. while the mayor and the prosecutor were talking to me explaining how this worked, i asked a few questions and the cop that was standing there kept laughing at me! that was pissing me off so bad, like im supposed to walk in there and instantly know how everything works. if i wasnt in court i would have definitely exchanged a few words with him, that fucking asshole.

Should have said not guilty and asked to see the records on the radar tuning and the officers radar training records.

yeah i mentioned that he got me with a moving radar and the angle of the radar was greater than 10 degrees (cosine error) but they didnt care and i told them that the officer did not pace me because there was no one behind me until after we pulled into the gas station. oh and get this if they really paced us, how is it that my buddy was able to get off of his bike and walk into the gas station and pay for his gas before the officers showed up?

cops are fuckin worthless they are never around when you need them but they are always on your ass about stupid bullshit. they need to work in the city so they can get a taste of being a real cop.

nope they wouldnt even do that. i told them i would pay a full fine if they atleast dropped the points and they wouldnt.

WOW, very surprising. I've never been in a court that wouldn't drop the points. Sorry bro, it was worth the shot though.
