Energy Drinks

as long as you re spending that energy its not bad.. but everyday drinking it will make more tolerant to caffeine.. which you need to drink more where it starts as endless circle.. maybe you should try to get some caffeine from tea, chocolate etc. also..

Source doesnt matter it's like the new tea 5 hour energy. It's like sayingy crack isnt bad for you cuz you bought it from a rich white guy

My caffeine usually comes from coffee at work and pre-workout before the gym but if I'm going to have an energy drink it'll either be some flavor of Monster Zero Ultra or a Bang (they really do have the best flavors).

I've never drank coffee and although I do drink a little KickStart (~90mg) , I prefer Viter Energy Mints. I buy them from Amazon in the 1/2 lb bulk container http://www.goviter.com

40mg caffeine per mint (sugar free). Especially if you have a caffeine addiction, the mints are a great way to come down off it without the caffeine withdrawal headaches.

I love coffee and energy drinks but every time I drink caffeine these days I’m basically just fighting off a panic attack for the next few hours. Anxiety sucks.

Cold brewed coffee that I make myself. I'll generally mix it 50:50 with boiling water in the morning, or over ice in the afternoon.

Haven't decided whether it's the caffeine i'm craving or the process of actually preparing and brewing the coffee that i enjoy. Maybe both...

Knowing that my fellow members are hooked on energy drinks I don't feel so bad anymore. My drink of choice is Monster Ultra, Ultra (black can), and newly released Monster Rehab dragon fruit. I usually start off my day with a cup off coffee and then step it up to a Monster. Every once in a while I will buy a Yerba Mate energy drink but that's about it. Also, I drink pre-workout drinks on the days that I go to the gym.

I remember growing up pre Red Bull. My Thai friends would drink the original Red Bull and tell me it was an aphrodisiac. I never liked the taste and I was too young to require viagra.

Still don’t like red bull and for the moment still don’t need viagra.

I used to drink a coffee before and at work, but now I take one caffeine pill at around 8 and I'm good for the day. They are stupid cheap and will probably kill me but it works for now.
