I 100% agree. I am 7 miles from my work, and ride my motorcycle in. Takes about 10 minutes.

A retroactive tax break. How do they know you ride your bike instead of drive or taking public transportation?

Stateside fuel isn't too bad even though it's nearly 4 dollars a gallon (in the People's Republic) It's the miles and wear and tear that adds up.

In Europe Where gas approaches seven dollars a gallon, then fuel is a big factor for me.

When do you trade wheels for skis/rear track?

I rode this week, about same distance. Cost me $11.45 to fill up the tank. But today there was fog, so drove the truck.

I'm driving 100% Electric for my daily so not as nearly as much as I use to.

I only gas up my M Car, and that is peanuts because I only drive it 300-500 miles per month.

Damn. I am lucky that I am only 5 km from work. Just enough of a ride to wake up and get the juices flowing.

About $200 a month with Shell 93 at $2.59 a gallon. Gas is cheap here in MO.

My work commute is 22 miles each way, but takes 17-18 minutes being mostly freeway and opposite of the main traffic flow.

Depends where you are. Like saying all of EU is cold. Winters are cold here in Ottawa, and long. It is still below freezing at night here. But in the summer mid 30's is normal. I should be biking into work every day in about a month.

Lots of people bike year round, even when it is -20. I like to call those people idiots.

Would definitely err on the side or larger if you have a second kid in mind. By larger i mean X3 vs Q5 or whatever, no need to go a size up from that but some are easier to live with than others.

By $500 month do you mean no money down and including all taxes fees and charges?
