Does Sparkling Graphite look as cool as it sounds? Is it the right color for me? Is there some special break in procedure for the new engine?

I only have 200 miles on the car so I'm still in break-in. The other day I accidentally revved the engine to 5510 rpm. Do you think this is ok?

What new options will the 2010 car have that are not offered in the 09 car.

The faster I rev the engine the less mpg i get. is this normal?

My key is broken. the metal part that goes in the keyhole is missing. Is this normal?

My car makes a strange beeping sound when i drive without my seat belt. Is this normal?

My car can't rev past 7000rpm when in neutral, is this normal?

I need people to hold my hand and tell me what options and colors to get because I no backbone and can't decide on my own.

Should I get option x- for $xxx, seems to expensive...... what did you expect that the new M3 would come fully loaded for 25K

In all seriousness I do have a stupid question of my own.

Why is it thay my post count drops by a few posts every now and then?

I'm guessing because someone (I think his name starts with a J) is deleting my posts. Specifiically those that mock the intellectually challanged on this board for asking questions like the ones posted in this thread.

What ever happened to freedom of speech.

The First Amendment grants absolute freedom, placing the burden upon the state to demonstrate when (if) a limitation of this freedom is necessary. In almost all liberal democracies, it is generally recognized that restrictions should be the exception and free expression the rule; nevertheless, compliance with this principle is often lacking. As appears to be the case on M3post.com

I understand if profane racist comments are deleted. However, calling a person a dumb-ass when its deserved shouldn't get my post deleted.

ihyln- Actually, I'm not being dumb, I'm being stupid, hence me posting in the stupid questions thread.

Secondly, you are right, what could be stupider than wanting to have freedom of expression. On second thought, does anyone know where I can get a nice waterfront condo in North Korea. If not Iran, Iraq and Myanmar are also places I would consider. The more control the the better. Some one as dumb as me cleary needs to be told what to do and say and how to act and think

Tibet is to liberal. I need total fascism. Actually no need to move, I can already get that here on this very site. Maybe I should have waited to make this post on the 4th of July. Maybe then you'd have enough patriotism to agree with me.

You do realize the First Amendment states the government should not pass laws abridging the right of free speech, and m3post.com is not the government and therefore that does not apply?

Try to go to a mall and make political speechs and see how that works out for you. There's a reason all marches are on roads and other government property.

Ok, then- that settles it. Freedom of speech only exists on goverment property. Thanks for clarifying.

I apologize for the

so back to the stupid questions

Do you really need someone else to answer that for you? Everyone knows that like they know not to touch the stove when it's on.

I just thought of some more:

Do you think they will offer launch control on the 6MT ?

Do you think my local dealer will have any cars without a premium ?

Should I buy the convertible if I need to put things in the boot when the roof if down ? - jaysus

I noticed a strange mist coming from the exhaust the other morning (only when the car was actually running). Is this normal ?

There is a clunking noise from the rear when going around slow corners. It sounds a bit like a really heavy duty differential that has been fitted in a small car. Could you tell me what this is ?

and finally, cos nobody has asked this before .................

Is black hard to keep clean ?

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa !!

Great thread guys. I am , really.

Specifically to the above: Ouch, terrible but true. Shame on all these stealers.

My quick additions (really tough to top these above in the whole rest of the thread):

-I can smoke 997TTs in my M3, but only on the autobahn.
-What percent tint should I get?
-Should I put this that or the other mod (almost always really ugly...) on my car?
