She doesn't work so the only reason he won't quit his job this very instant is to keep her insurance til the last moment. Then he will quit and wait for his time.

I ask for any prayers to fight this cancer. For the strength of our family and friends to get through this

Ill keep you in my thoughts. I went through this with my mom (Stage 4 Lung Cancer - nonsmoker). She and my dad were married 56 years.

Keep your thoughts positive and be there for her and your dad. As the saying goes.....prepare for the worst, hope for the best, and accept what God decides to give you.

Prayers for your mom. But also you and your dad as well. I'm sure you are all in shock right now... Your dad needs some support as well... I would encourage him to keep working should the worse case happen. It will keep him focused on something else.

I know this might be far fetched but if you want; let us know her address because I'd love to mail her a card or something. Did you hear/read about the Methadone success fighting cancer? A German Doctor (woman) healed some ppl. Methadone can be prescribed by any doctor (at least in Europe).

A female with Breast Cancer at my Company is checking this new possibility as well.
