I mean spending decent amount of money on a car that's not build/dedicated specifically for track use, then getting a separate daily driver, sorry, I don't get that. |

Don't have one yet but considering getting one
Agree with the sentiment of "what's the point" but for me I'm sick of putting everything into my beloved e92 only for some assholes out there to hit it every time it's parked up. Or to constantly be sat in traffic jams going 5mph where I can't enjoy it. So that's why I'm considering something cheap and cheerful where I don't give a Damn what happens to it on a daily basis and taking the bimmer out on those special days |

Hows that working out for you in the snow? Only asking because I may end up in a similar boat soon (moving to DC).

2000 Nissan Maxima bought it 15years with 15k miles now have 225k. Its nice having a extra car, in case something goes wrong on the other 2 cars we have. Then I can fix it with no rush.
No dealer would ever give us much for it, so we just kept it. Drive it till it dyes. My 14yr old son wants it, will see if it makes it. |

F80 is my daily. Had an i3 as a daily for 6 months and it was great, but I have ADD when it comes to cars. Weekend rides are a 997 GT3 RS and a McLaren 570S.

2015 Macan S. Racked up 10k miles in the first 4 months of ownership (work commute has changed so it won't climb as much in the future).

M235ix! I was looking for a sporty coupe that would be an all season car that I can have fun with in summer and winter. I just park way out in the nowhere sections of the parking lot or on the side of the street or anywhere that another car cant get near banging my door.

That's exactly what I do when I take out the M, my theory is that most people don't give a shit or are just brain dead and will intentionally park right up your ass to piss you off or ding a nice cars door on purpose. I know it's not a Lambo or Ferrari but I bust my ass to pay for my cars hence the reason I bought a pos Jeep to use as a dd
