43 BMW M Accelerations Sounds from M Corso 2015 - 1M, M3, M4, M5, M6, X5M, X6M

Most M3/M4 made me cringe, they just don't sound good on video compared to the other M's. I really like my F80, but this illustrates the huge step backward in terms of sound for this generation.

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately the new M4 F82 sounds a bit tinny next to the E92 M3.
Dont get me wrong, I think the new M4 is fantastic but that sound really hits home when you hear a naturally aspirated S65 next to it..

The S55 does sound the most unique but a little weird on camera. I think it sounds better in person.

Diesel-y to me. Not a fan.

With a MPE installed the F8x's go way up the rankings

This is not doing anything for me, E46 M3 CSL with Carbon intake FTMFW imo.
The F80 and various V8 sounds sleepy and boring.

Great BMW M can get a light bar mounted to the Carbon Fiber Roof of their M4 Safety Cars, but they can't remedy the stock M4 Carbon Fiber Roof to be able to accept a THULE Rack yet.

The M6 pacecar with al the lights etc whatever also sounded pretty well.

Another point I just thought of, when the exhaust is still cold, there is that weird raspy/diesel-like scream and once it warms up and the flaps open in Sport/Sport Plus the fart sounds go away and you get a lower raspy note with more crackling and popping.

These cars definitely sound like their exhausts are still cold.

Yea. Having heard an MPE M4 in person it's pretty sweet!

But this video in the beginning when the first E92 pulls out then the F82 behind, just shows how different they really are.

The E92 and E60 will be legendary noise makers.
