Will try and have some good shots posted tomorrow as well but it's difficult with this questionable wifi. The view is from the balcony of the place I rented. |

I love Monaco, I've been to three races and been in the hills overlooking the race on two other occasions. A nice place to stay nearby which is a lot cheaper is a little beachside town called Menton. It's really grownup over the past 20 years, but I went so often when I was in college/law school that the locals got to know me. They have a great park with an excellent basketball court where I'd play all day long with the locals. I was hero during the time of the first Dream Team haha, and all anybody ever wanted to watch me do is dunk. I had so many blisters on my fingers from hanging on the rim, I had to play with all my fingers taped haha.

Found out that the Monaco broadcast would not be on NBC. I checked it 3mo ago, and it said they were airing on NBC.

Let's hope Ferrari can start reeling in the Benz cars once they got the tires warmed up and the Benz tires are starting to fall off. Then at least the pit stops will be exciting. Worst scenario is if Benz pull out a 30s lead before it's time to pit...Strong showing of Lewis today, it's not going to be easy. Last year he ran into some eye problems from sweating or something like that so we'll see.

Ya know after watching qualifying this morning, maybe Nico really didn't cook turn 1 on purpose last year. Jeeze.

F1 is so predictable now that I just watch how Ferrari, Williams, Redbull and other teams would do. I also look at "Can McLaren-Honda finish the race?"
