I had the same issue and it ended up being the passengers seatbelt piece hitting the side next to the door, I readjusted the seat and the sound stopped. Maybe it’s that?

OP, one other thing to check is make sure the sun visor is clipped in fully. I had a passenger leave it unclipped but resting against the clip and it caused a rattle that drove me nuts for a couple days until I figured it out.

I have the same issue. It’s not the seatbelt or visor. Faint rattle coming from behind glove box or inside passenger door. Can’t quite pinpoint, but kinda sounds like the door pull cable tapping against the inside of the door panel or similar…
