I'm taking 3 days after Christmas and I won't work for over 10 days. Last Friday was the first in Nov/Dec I've had to work a Friday, and the last until Jan 6

Thinking of going boarding the first week of the year. Not sure though. The wife is feeling the pressure of being announced as partner on 1/1/17. She's not sure the first thing she wants to do as an official partner is take a vacation. :roll eyes:

Well see. I'd like to go to Utah or Big Sky this year. Though i'd be happy back at Steamboat again. Digging the lower elevation spots. No need to get up on 13k - 14k peaks for good riding.

Partner? So, basically, you're telling us there's a 991 in your future?

Congrats!

Speaking of Lambos....

Someone backed into my buddy's White Huracan while we were having dinner last week. Worse part - they left the scene!!!

Minimal damage to the front end (I say that like it wont cost more than my M3 to fix) - but he was PISSED!!!

Scratched the paint protection thankfully - but the lower passenger grill was broken.

Relax, she's a CPA not a lawyer.

So maybe a 718 or an Alfa 4c.

Actually been eying the Giulia as a possible replacement for the RRS.

A few saturdays ago I'm standing in my garage in a pair of crocks, gym shorts and a wife beater when a Huracan rolls up in my driveway only to turn around and go back they way it came. Luckily he didn't damage my driveway.

Only funny because my McMansion is the last house on a dead end ghetto street where no Lambo has ever been.

And yeah, not really relevant to your story.

I still vote 991 Carrera S

All joking aside, the 718 Cayman S is an awesome car to drive. If I had to replace the E46, it would be for a Cayman S.

Been that route once. Only Porsche i'll likely ever own again will e a Cayman S or possibly a GT3, but that GT3 is unlikely. I'm not in a position to own a GT3 as a track car and i sure as hell won't daily drive one of them.

911 GTS4 from 2012

Haha you have great taste, my friend. I'm planning on keeping the E46 for at least a few more years. After that, depending on where I am in life, I either want a Cayman S or a 997.1 GT3 for track duty.

I didn't know you had a 911. That thing looks great.

E46M is a great track car in my opinion.

Look how small compared to the E92. lol

The E46 is a great track car. I'm definitely able to run down some quick cars with it. It's just when I get to the straights...always want more power. I tuned it and put it on the dyno recently. It put up really good numbers but it's always never enough. Doesn't help that I spend most of my track days with the local PCA. Haha

The E92 is such a pig. Haha I'd still love to track one. Would hate to own a vert though... *cough*

You could wait for her to get her first paycheck as partner and, to celebrate, go the third week of January to Whistler, then you can say hi to me and bimmette

Lower elevation, huge vertical, and hopefully even more snow on top of the 12ft they already have this year.

SLC would be cool. Some friends went last year and got waist deep powder in March, which I greatly regretted turning down.

Partner, CPA firm, tax time, etc... It's first week of the year or nothing. .... Unless i go solo.

We've wanted to to to Whistler for years. But it's a frigging trek from FL. Plus her brother lives in Seattle which means we have to incorporate a visit to him if we're that close.

Contemplated doing a souther hemisphere boarding trip, but fun summer stuff always gets in the way.
