I double checked the actual schedule. It changed for arrival tomorrow.
I’ve seen videos where the cats come off in a steady stream. Makes me wonder how many drivers they have employed.

Anyone seen anything about how they are stored on the ship? Is it just like a multi-story garage with striped spaces, or are there some kind of protective dividers so they don’t crash too badly into each other in some kind of terrible storm?

Just search on YouTube. There are not really any dividers - they just drive the vehicles on, then strap them down to minimize movement. Think of it like a large parking structure, but without the ability to move once you're parked! Here's a sample video.

Long-time lurker, first-time poster. I ordered my 2025 i5 eDrive40 in Texas near the end of October and was told production would start week 1, 2025. Stayed in "Order Received" for about 2 months until the end of December, still at "Scheduled for Production" the past 3 weeks. Genius now says production is week 5, which is a couple weeks away.
Waiting a long time but eager to get this beauty in a few months!

My dealership is about 20 minutes away. I may feel the need to visit Costco often this well as it is just around the corner, maybe take hubby to lunch….

My dealer was 65 miles from port Hueneme and I think the transportation to the dealer took 1 or 2 days. You should get your car at the dealer in 2 days tops I would think (once it leaves the port).

And if you think about the reality of the situation. Of those 1.5 million cars on the pier just 1 of them might be yours.

How do you know when it gets to the VPC? I assume you know this from your dealer, right?
