^^ Fred apparently will let things continue as they are with just minute changes as he doesn't want to be seen as too big a broom at first. He does come over as a friendly agreeable person like Arrivabene was.

Looks like McLaren have a last chance to make a better car for Norris if they don't want him to go elsewhere but it will be a bit difficult for them while in the grip of controlled Merc PU chain.
