I tried these out on my 9 year old grandson after dinner last night. He thought they were funny and it started about a 1/2 hour of stupid joke telling around the table.

To keep on theme, you know you are old when you are telling these Grandpa Jokes to you grand kids:

What's purple and goes slam slam? A four-door grape.
How do you catch a rabbit? Lay in the grass and make a noise like a carrot.

And the big hit of the night for my grandson:

How to you catch a bear? Dig a hole. Put peas in the hole. Put ashes around the hole. When the bear comes down to take a pea you kick him in the ash hole.
