Why won't my wireless mouse work? It worked fine in the past and nothing changed with my laptop. Battery is fine. I also just bought a new one and it also doesn't work. (Also didn't return it right away so now I have two that don't work)

(Trying to eliminate the possibility of BT card failure in the computer)

If unpairing the mouse does not work, can you borrow another bt device (like a keyboard or headset or something) to try to connect. I would try to eliminate the BT card in the computer as a cause.
