hands down, bar none, the best ham / glute exercise has to be a standing dead lift. One of my girls was trying to get a little backside tone, so I started her on those - 8 weeks later - bam! Amazing results! They're kinda hard to get right, so it takes practice, but wow! I love it when the girls have a slight bulge in the hammie - kinda like a bicep. Not huge, just a slight bulge.
