man i get soo frustrated, im like shit im not ugly, i have my life in order, im mature, and not an asshole.. but these other guys always get the good girls and mess up there head..ahhhh

tell me about it, im like the odd one out of the bunch for being young and getting work sone, shit thats why im the boss already..but when i hire people, i usually never take a guy my age(20-25) they just act so irasponsible.. they really have to prove it to me that they can handle it...

Dude, you sound like my bro.........he is a manger at his company and telling people 5-7 years his senior what to do. He busts his ass and mature beyond his years, that is in his professional life. With the girls.......not yet.

ya know, I wasn't much of a "playa" in college (i was an enginerd), but I tried and did OK. Got out of school, had a good job and no time to try but treated the women I met with respect - what happend? It was like walking around naked with a 12" dick and a dozen roses!

I have a team of 19 people - over half of them have kids close to my age! That was a little uncomfortable for the first year or so!

haha so you know how i feel i hate telling people what to do but its my job.. the older people dont want to listen to someone younger, and the younger kids dont even want to listen.. its a lose lose for me..lol

I can feel for all of you slightly older guys. My brother in law is really up in the company here at Fidelity. Most of the guys below him are 10 to 15 years older than him. Same thing with my older brother and Trendwest Resorts. Much younger than his employees below him.
