Wife saw the bottle, I was willing to participate. Closest one I could find was in Vegas - and they won't ship it to Cali

I figured I could probably place an online order and pick it up local in a few days. Even they didn't have it (last weekend) when I looked. I checked a few other random online outlets, and none had a bottle they would send to me. And yet I can EASILY get some Climax moonshine shipped across the country

YOU are the reason I starting looking for a bottle, since I showed the picture to my wife.

Wait, not sure if I'm thanking you or not

^If you think in terms of making a lamp, it's not quite the same as those beauties in back. In a lamp I'm going to toss the cap and that will be the light socket location (obviously). It's almost as if they had this in mind. I think the opening is almost the perfect size to drop a socket in the top.

It would be extremely cool to convert that agave into an on/off switch!!!

This one has grown on me a lot. Definitely need to drink it neat as ice would ruin the balance.

Yeah, that is a solid choice. It was originally a little high in price but when it didn't move and started going on sale it was a good value.

Sorry about the late response. I can't go past the original, even having also tasted the Maple, Black and Reserve. My introduction to Canadian whisky was Alberta Springs Premium & Canada Dry on a trip over there to see family a few years ago. I liked it a lot. I brought back a bottle of Alberta Springs 10yo with me, it didn't last long.

Been drinking this recently since Costco has had pretty good availability and it’s pretty affordable at less than $40.

I'm flattered that a Canadian is asking me about Canadian Whisky! This was 15 years ago so memories are fading. The Premium I remember was 100% rye, as such was full of warmth and spicey bite. The 10yo was a blend which was a little sweeter and much friendlier going down. I hope this helps.

Here are a couple of seven year olds that I picked up over Christmas. I'm enjoying them both, especially the Flor De Cana. I love it's lack of sweetness.Name: 20200111_144459 (Medium).jpg

I've only recently conceded that as great as beer tastes it's best left for summer bbq, and that whiskey is a better option to wind down after the week. Before, whiskey was a mixer for me only
