We've got Collingwood in Australia (the Maple stave version anyway) so I'm sure it's available in the US. Collingwood Maple, Wiser's, Pike's Creek, Crown Royal and Canadian Club. Condidering how insanely popular Canadian Club is here, I'm surprised that more brands aren't being imported.

The 12 aged CC I find to be better than the original and only literally a few dollars more. You can sip it and taste the slight vanilla and fruit profile. Wisers was our go to whiskey when we were younger as it hides the alcohol taste well.

I had a bottle of Collingwood 21yr rye as a gift. Nice juice, nothing remarkable IMO.

I’m not much good at describing FP’s but imagine that you’re sipping patron in a mild sweet form. It’s ok solo, but I’m not a liqueur sipper. When mixed in small quantity with another agave based distill it adds depth, mildness, and without killing the smoke of a mezcal. The CC 12 is good bang for the buck, but I'm a sucker for Crown Royal, which is about par on price.

Taste-buds also vary, but I would personally rate every one of the above as a better bourbon than Maker's.

I'm assuming these are all for making cocktails with, yes? I don't think I've ever found a bourbon worthy of drinking neat/rocks.
