My wardrobe is mainly dark, washed jeans with dark polos and shirts. Black makes up 50% followed by blue and grey. All other colors make up less than 15%.

I've got some Burberry stuff, but I don't like wearing it cuz I sometimes go into dirty environments and I don't like attracting too much attention. Usually save that for when I'm doing office work.

Porsche Design is my favorite polo brand. Really nice material and designs. Plus, when they go on sale they go on sale.

Thomas Pink and Bugatchi are my go to dress shirts. More so the simple shit than the weird patterned stuff. Fabric feels good on the skin and it can take a beating.

That's exactly how I feel about 7s. Look into them, if you haven't already. I love them and they're very comfortable.

Everyone says good things about Bugatchi. I'm going to have to look into those.

I agree. It's very cheap.

My hidden gem for great clothing is the Nordstrom branded shirts. Those dress shirts are literally a perfect fit for me. And they're very durable too. You can pick them up for stupid cheap at the Nordstrom Rack too. I seriously love their shirts. Lol

The stuff you get at TJ Maxx is going to be the lower end RL stuff... Unless you get super lucky and they bought a "mystery box" from neimans, saks or some higher end luxury store... Sometimes they'll literally fill one of them large cardboard boxes and it gets auctioned off to TJ, Ross, etc... Plus, there's a ton of variations of their clothing, all different quality...

Agreed. I came across one of those Nordstrom branded shirts and it was very nice for the price so I bought it. It's checkered blue so it's perfect with lederhosen for Oktoberfest. Haha

What you mentioned is the reason why I never go into those outlets like Ross, TJ Maxx, etc. i feel like there is always some fault withthe clothes they carry. I don't mind checking it out if they have something good but after seeing what happened to Rock & Republic jeans after Kohl's started carrying them, I've stayed away. RR hasn't been the same (was not into them before and they got worse after).

Yeah that's my point, there's too many variations lol...

Jeans too, general rule of thumb - if what you're after is being fashionable is, once it's carried at JC Penny's / Macy's / Kohl's and lower, it's no longer thought of as fashionable... RR / True R / lucky jeans etc etc...

R&R didn't suddenly decide they'd like to go for $60 at Kohl's - they went bankrupt, really. Kohl's (or someone) bought the brand and continued to manufacture it, albeit as a lower quality product. I think that's what happened with Juicy Couture as well.
