I very new to this and I'm very confused on what settings to use if I were to take outdoor night shots on lighted buildings...and also outdoor day shots (like the ones above)

new camera finally came....just 1 shot before putting the battery to charge (couldnt resist)

hand held with the 24-70 @ f2.8 with one bulb on the ceiling lit, then added a little vignette in photoshop...not sure what I think of the effect yet, but for now ill keep it

I title it "Mom"
