Yeah, I considered that too, still gonna workout tomorrow, rest Sunday like usual, and get back at it on Monday. No needless rest days, stick to your plan.

I didn't quit it!
I hit it.

Hard.

I think the gym was bleeding when I was done.

Seriously though the gym was empty today. It was a nice thought that I stuck to my plan when most people bailed for like 3 or 4 days.

Yeah I know! I've currently lost 45kg and totally changed my lisfestyle, and am now at ~18% bf, which I have maintained for a few months. Just wanting to reduce it a little more! Plus the workout regime is due for updating

Saturday I worked deltoids, lats, and forearms digging the grass out of base paths on the other baseball field.

Sunday, after about 1/2 glass of tequila, I thought of you guys and went and ran 2.3 miles.

Monday I just watched the boys lose the baseball game 2-4.

He might not be here but I am....

Noooo dude don't do it!!! I know they taste good but think of this way:

How many calories in one? How long to burn off that many?
If the ratio is ok with you then have at it. Otherwise put the damn thing down.

You don't have to work out every day to make progress. But do be consistent.

How was the 2.3 mile run? Did you push yourself a bit harder being that you'd inbibed first?

Temptation is everywhere! At 5'9 and 155 lbs my BMI is right where it should be at 22. But I'm getting close to that borderline!

In terms of your health and vanity, what are your priorities.

Personally, I do love donuts. But those times when I say no validate the control I have over my body and mind. I find it rewarding...

My main issue is cardio. I get exhausted easily. Bought a treadmill a couple weeks ago and it seems to be helping a bit. What sucks is I sit at my job 10 hours a day!

What is your goal with cardio. ( run farther, run faster, just lose body fat, etc)?

Can you tell me your current cardio routine and its weekly cycle?

Ideally lose a little body fat. I just started 45 minutes on the treadmill four days a week and walk with the dog 1 mile twice a week. My heart feels like its gonna pound out of my chest. The dog can keep going. I'm dead after 1 mile. On the treadmill I'm walking at 3 mph at 6% incline.

Try to mix in 2 days of intervals. If your goal is losing body fat then a good mix is vital. I called it HIIT/MISS. I think I was the first actually.

Anyway, there are some good tips here: http://stronglifts.com/cardio-fat-lo...uratio-cardio/

Also, your diet needs to be in check ( no donuts until you hit goal)

Hitting PRs every time I go for squats! Love it.

That being said, had a shit leg workout except for squats. Followed by a solid bicep workout. Then an excellent ab workout.

Exactly.

Personally, when I want to lost body fat, I keep the maintenance calories leveled and add in cardio. 5 days a week, 2 mile runs.

Been eating a lot of bagels lately. So good. Toasted with some melted cheese. Or with some Nutella. I love it.
