tailoring tape is probably the best and most accurate since you will be able to shape and bend it to the contour of the car easier.

I did measure the lengths you put in the picture. Moving counterclockwise from the left side in your picture, the numbers you are looking for are as follow:

1. 56.3 cm = 22.165 in
2. 56.7 cm = 22.322 in
3. 10.1 cm = 3.976 in
4. 10.4 cm = 4.094 in

The tolerance is 1 mm = 0.039 in

I took the measurements of the shortest distance from the logo to the closest panel gap, not including the gap. This should ensure that the measure is more accurate.

It would be great if someone else could double check on their car too - just to be on the safe side.

I hope this helps - please let me know if you'd like additional information on this.

Cheers!

Just got this one
I am happy with configuration.

This is 520xd and will be second car in garage next to i4 M50.
I like the comfort and range in this one, mostly comfort I have missed in i4.
The negative is acceleration and actually lack of it
I Think I will move to i5 as soon as it get cheaper with better battery

Photos attached.

Very clean looking build - congratulations!

Question - is the air intake/cooling exclusively coming via the opening in the front skirt or does the grill ever “open” under certain conditions? It’s not been clear to me for internal combustion 5’s how that grill functions or if it’s purely a design element now across the i5 and 5.

With ICE, the kidney valves open as needed.

Exactly!
It Carbon Black with Veganza Smoke
the trim is Carbon Fiber.

And here some examples how this color plays with light. In my opinion it's just really nice shade from black to very dark blue.

this is absolutely gorgeous! perfect combination! I was initially hesitant if I should go for carbon black but am now convinced I made the right choice.

I've placed the order for the exact same combination with options 939 M Bicolour black grey rims and panaromic glassroof on March 24th. ETA July.

Cars are crazily expensive in my country so gotta make the right choice!

How much does it cost for you? $300k? The authorization probably costs $106k.
$ = USD.

The silly "authorization" which is known as the "Certificate of Entitlement" goes for about USD82 grand now. Basically it is a piece of paper that gives you the right to buy and "own" the car for a maximum of 10 years.

The beemer was at SGD343,888 (USD256,000) when I placed an order last month. Latest price at SGD350,000. About USD261,000 now. When it was first launched in Singapore 2 months ago, it was going for SGD403,000 (USD
300,000)!!

That sounds horrifying!

I can still be happy with my 520i as far as the costs are concerned: $50k plus tax. Documents and registration: $150.

indeed!

your's in fire red? that was one of the colours I shortlisted as it is an excellent contrast with the m sport gloss black and a very aggressive sporty look.

didn't go for it eventually as I guess I am not adventurous enough! by the way, is there any way to permanently disable the start stop in the latest G60? in Singapore where there traffic junctions every 100m or so, it's gonna do more harm than good!

So far I don't know of a way to decode this. And you certainly don't always want to drive through your beautiful city in sport mode.

BTW: I've been there twice!
