PVD always disappoints so I'm not surprised.. but fucking Thomas Gold is not even on the list? He was easily one of the biggest producers of this year. Him, swanky tunes, hard rock sofa, alesso, and many others had a shit load of hits this year and they're nowhere to be found. That list is a good indicator of how commercial you are. nothing more

Umm, actually have you ever heard him spin live?

He is the sickest dj, listen to his set from Electric Zoo.

Yes he makes music with mainstream celeb dickheads, but when it comes for him to do a live set, this mother fucker kills it.

When I went to EDC., I told myself fuck David, his going to play radio hits, and his no good blah blah etc. So I went to see another dj spin instead of him. My friend stayed and watched David and said his performance was the best, better then avicii, benny, laidback, etc..

So I began listening to him after that weekend (Which was my first actually listen to his mixes.), and SINCE then he hasnt disappointed me. I give him credit and I will see him at EDC2012!!!


So if your going to facepalm, then do it for #'s 5 & 10, cause those people have no idea what they are doing.

In sure a lot of guettas votes came because of his mainstream popularity in producing tracks and not because of his djing skills ... Same ppl who will stand there and watch him play than ask "hey who's spinning right now"

I''ve heard Guetta is good too but cmon he's not number one material. The biggest disappointment of the list is that Thomas Gold is not on there. His live sets are so fucking sick. Everyone copies his productions, his mash ups, and the poor guy never gets credit.

Yep, saw him spin in EDC 2009. He sucked ass. Never gonna listen to his sets again.

Can't comment on SHM, but Above & Beyond was awesome when I saw them live.
