Running is a great option all-around, but you're right! Nothing like targeting those specific muscle groups. PM me if you want some specific split training routines, the shit is brutal but the hypertrophic gains are amazing.

Car build is getting submitted formally in late October-early November so it can be built by the time winter 2016-2017 ends. The dealer has my configuration and deposit already. Well whatever works is what's most important! It's funny, I met up with a buddy of mine and his mom this past weekend and they thought I was juicing. It's crazy what can be attained as long as consistency is maintained.

And oddly enough, after debating Individual, bothering about a color that had been never done before, sending data off to the VIP development team...I decided on BSM/SS ZCP 6MT. Black is my new favorite color, for some reason. Now I can't unsee it. I want everything to be black (maybe not my woman, though).

So technically yes, it is 73% black since the full leather is half black, also.
