Well maybe if they had managed to get the wing straight instead of looking like they used the snout of a dead hammerhead shark as a mold it might have some potential. That and they hadn't started with a C6(?). (Sorry, I don't have much interest in Corvettes after '63 split windows.) And the wheel arches weren't so foolish looking or the tires fit them. And were they going for a "back-to-the-future-DeLorean" kind of look??

Or were they going for a Countach look? The side vents on the rear fenders are angled and raised like the Countach, with sop side vents. The engine cover is reminiscent of a US Fuel Injected QV model, and the wing is a pretty ugly rendition of what a Countach could have - they even have the side strakes of the late 88.5/ Anniversary models (actually different on each model).

Either way - definite swing and a miss, but someone is proud.

WOW! I never even came close to making that connection. Good on you dinonz I would say it's an infield fly, not a swing and a miss.

For better or worse, when the dude was laying down on the floor with the cop pointing his gun at him, and then the dude lunged at him, in the US, that would have resulted in the guy being shot.

Well, he was pointing a taser at him, not a gun that fires bullets. And he subsequently experienced the joy of a taser. I'm surprised he shook it off that quick though.

Yeah - my nephew has been tazed (he's a cop in NZ, and on training they drew straws for who would fire and who would take the shot - he lost big time). He said it doesn't tickle and took a bit to recover from.

There's also a good chance that the guy was under the influence of something that reduced the effect of the taser allowing him to rebound quicker.
