Oranges are classified in the Rutaceae family, most dominantly known for its "orange" color. I believe it is almost a hybrid, between a pomelo and a mandarin. With that being said, I am a huge aficionado of Candanera oranges and Shamouti Masry (mostly grown in Egypt).

Being that they are citrus fruits, pH levels vary, I prefer anything with a pH of 2.8-3.2. However, there are some that are as high as 4.0, but at that point, the acidity takes from the truest form of the fruit.

I hope my basic knowledge is enough to land me a job. If I have to eat another ham steak from between 38FFF's, I might pass out and die.
