NC recovered onside kick but reversed when called for offside. They were down by 8 at the time.

Don't worry, Clemson will loose their next game regardless who they play. They are the weakest of the 4

Christian McCaffrey pretty much wrapped up the Heisman last night.
461 all purpose yards, broke Barry Sanders all purpose yards in single season. We were watching something special. In a down year for Heisman candidates, he's the only one that did something that broke a record

Henry dominated the SEC, when every team knew he was getting the ball almost every play. Also racked up more TD's than Bo's and Herschel's Heisman winning seasons. McCaffrey had two extra games to break Sanders record. Kid will be lucky to be a third down back in the NFL. Last edited by hellrotm; 12-06-2015 at 02:38 PM.. |

Answer this honestly, would he have beat the record if he played in the SEC? Don't get it twisted I am no SEC homer, matter of fact I am a Pac 12 supporter. The defenses he faces in the Pac 12 are no where near the caliber of SEC. Pac 12 like the Big 12 are offensive dominate conferences. Personally I find the numbers and records Henry put up in the SEC more impressive. McCaffrey needed two more games than Sanders, technically he beat the record but I mean come on...really?

What's all this sloping of the SEC? They are nowhere as good as as many people think they are. Yes I think he could have done the same against the SEC. SEC doesn't play defense anymore.

Stanford played one defense ranked in top 25...Northwestern. They shut down McCaffrey. The rest of the season was against garbage defenses. Last edited by hellrotm; 12-06-2015 at 11:54 PM.. |

o good, i hadnt seen any SEC homers lately. Was wondering what happened to them after all the SEC teams fell apart once they played an actual opponent. Alabama is the exception but we will see what happens in the playoffs. Hopefully they show up this time...
The reason the SEC teams have such "High" rated defenses, is they play mediocre offenses all season. Gonna be interesting to see them play a real offense in the bowls/playoffs. Hopefully all those ranked teams dont go 2-5 like last year. |

Alabama has a good QB around once every two decades or so, and they have a great QB about twice per century. They just don't draw quality QBs, but they've almost always had a strong running game.
As far as their defense, they rotate packages that are either geared to defend run-minded teams or pass-minded teams. We've seen those adjustments throughout the season. Their one loss was after an uncharacteristic four unforced turnovers and a fluke play from Hades with that crazy bounced pass by Ole Miss. OU concerns me most, as they're balanced in both the running and passing game. Defending them will be challenging, assuming Bama beats MSU and OU survives Clemson.
