It's becoming very frustrating to do what you know is the right thing at work when you get zero support from upper management and sometimes even push back.

I'll never give in to corruption and laziness because of my moral standard, but now I understand why so many people do. Time to start sending resumes out.

Two weeks ago I started a new diet. That semi fell through with the recording, but am still eating just as much.

Yesterday I finally decided to get off my couch potato ass and go run for a mile.

Today I got the courage to go to the gym. Luckily my friend (who is obsessed with working out) trained me. I forgot how intimidating it is behind the weakest person in the room.. Going to work towards not being that from now on out

Just do your own thing and don't worry about anyone else. Sounds like you have a good friend. To me that is the secret. I always picked people bigger/stronger than me to work out with as I knew I would be pushed.

I agree with you, without my gym rat best friend I wouldn't know the first thing I should do lol. Probably wouldn't have pushed myself as hard either. I did pretty much every workout he asked me to until I physically couldn't anymore

I got to the point once again where I became light headed and my vision couldn't focus again. Forgetting to breathe and oh you know, having a horrible habit of not drinking enough water..
