Attention old dudes or anyone who ices for muscle recovery. I recently purchased a couple of knee ice compression packs. I ordered them in L/XL so that I could wrap my thighs with them. I just took them off after icing for 30 min and my legs were so damn cold I took a temp measurement. Then took one of the ice pack. ....after 30 min of use at room temperature. These things rock!
Shock Doctor ice compression wraps.

Interesting chats. Thanks for the original answer Biorin Sparked some thought-provoking conversation. I agree with you, for what it's worth. While you cannot go all-in laissez faire, government needs to get out of it more than they have: let the corrections come, because you cannot really engineer a soft landing. The heavy-handed intervention - either monetary or fiscal policy - just causes the bubble to get bigger and more pressurized before it pops. The true cost of all the bail outs and QE is yet to be paid. Sadly. It's in that $19 trillion dollars debt. (Along with a bunch of other stuff #nopolitics). $19,000,000,000,000. Damn.
Also, thanks for the interesting conversation about currency and commodities as wealth preservation vs. income generation. I guess the main take-away there is the fungible nature of commodities. Their local value in a fiat currency may fluctuate (dramatically) but its inherent value endures. You can trade it for goats. Anyway, thanks for all the responses. Sorry I got busy and missed most of it. Bottom line? Intervention is bad. Metals may preserve wealth when SHTF. Real estate is more likely to create income, though - but don't try to depreciate the land. The other precious metals can protect your life and wealth when the real SHTF and Mywifes335 can mail me 30% of his money. Sweet. (Also, shoei is the real Rick Ross. And loves teh coke.) *summaries and conclusions mine. If I mischaracterized anything, it was an honest mistake born of ignorance and lack of subject matter expertise, not malice. (Except the part about shoei. Definitely a coke head.)
