Found a dope article regarding the splits. Looks like it's derivative of German volume training. I'll be incorporating some of these changes.

Looks good I've been doing higher rep like that. Not counting sets but sometimes it's that high and even more reps.

Yeah and reverse pyramid with regard to the weights. I like the 10x concept. I can see myself burning out with that shit, but it will be excellent. Also incorporates more rest days. I think that I am burning much more than my intake ceiling will allow for adequate muscle growth, so in the fall during bulk I am going to limit to 3-4 days a week of 60-75 minute splits instead in conjunction with the 3500 ceiling.

What you think of that?

Like because I'm still in the conditioning mentality of weight loss, my body has grown accustomed to quick digesting of carbs and the burning of what is taken in so there aren't enough long digesting nutrients to stick around; even those I'm burning off ASAP.

Need more grains/wheats.

Ah fuck I didn't realize that. I still haven't really established a muscle group routine yet, but that article put it into perspective pretty well. I don't want to underwork anything.

Always knew I could count on you.

Yes and no. It's a full CNC machine fabrication supervisor position, I'm 26 years old, most operators of CNC machines are much older than me, so not sure how well they'd handle having a superior at this age. It's a great opportunity, but I really hope to hear from one of the tool companies people looked into for me as a sales rep, that's way more my pace.

Appreciate it. Yeah this is the first place that contacted me two weeks ago. Followed up with recruiter, he was waiting for company to contact him, he called me two days ago saying they wanted to do a phone interview on Monday. Who knows, it may not be a good spot, but only one way to find out.

I know! Like I said before, the Amino's and Animal Flex have been instrumental for my quicker recoveries. Otherwise, I would be a dead man.

Difficult situations abound, but the potential is limitless. At this point, it sounds like you'd be willing to take the risk for another canvas, who knows what greatness you'll be able to paint on this one.

Just keep your outlook positive. I'm a firm believer that your situations are genuinely only as good as you decide to make them.

Going to Montreal soon, not sure exactly when. Got bad news yesterday that BIL passed. The first report we got was that he was the guy who walked into the PD and got shot there. Turns out he probably just OD'd: http://montreal.ctvnews.ca/suspiciou...euve-1.2874894

So, while there, besides where this happened, where else should we avoid?

edit: eh?

Anything is a huge step from here. I'm very underpaid to be doing engineering work compared to others in the exact same field. Moving into a supervisor position would be pretty cool. Boss people around, have a huge ego, wave my dick in everyones face, spit on peasants. All good stuff.

But in reality, anything will be better than here. The doors can't stay open the way things operate around here, so it's just time to abandon ship before it hits an iceberg in plain view.

What about you dude, hows life on your end? I don't have much time to catch up with all you fools lately and missing out on all the shenanigans.

Also, did you not say you were a contractor? I'm sure that has a degree of influence regarding your title payout. I know it affected me quite a bit when I was temping.

But it's all good brotha, you've got your priorities in order. That's what's important.

I'm good, spending this summer acquiring parts for my home gym and establishing myself within my new role. Can't wait for the fall, lots of big things happening.

How about a pic with my track set up at -4.5 degrees?

Don't mind the prehistoric floor jack in the picture. That jack is older than me and my father won't let me get rid of it even though it doesn't fit under either of my cars. Lmao

Looks meaty! I'm sure that's great for turn in. Almost like a drift car. Lol.

EDIT: Also, is that brake dust?! Sheesh.

It is pretty meaty. 275/35/18. You have to run negative camber and a fat front tire to dial out the understeer all M cars have.

And yes, it's brake dust. Who cleans their track wheels? Lol
