Nope. Wasn't allowed physical activity beyond exercise bands, which is what I did. Complicated surgery with complicated hardware.... One just two months after the other.

But been hitting the gym again for past 3 weeks slowly getting into it.

Will take a while to trim back down. Cardio is still limited to only 10 minutes a clip.

Trust me, it's more frustrating for me than anyone else.

Not to be mean, all joking aside, still not a fan of fat chicks. And I don't mean a little extra. I mean the fatness aforementioned in the post.
