FACT. After Ross Brawn left, that's the way it has been. Wrong call by Ferrari cost ALO the WDC in 2010. He then realized that it would be difficult to win a championship with them although in hindsight, I am sure he would have won the 2018 WDC if he had still been there.

Max - great drive, adjusting to a slipping clutch which contributed to the spin.

Hamilton good drive, fantastic start

Poor albon, Vettel ruined his race at silverstone and today.

Sainz- did his best to slow LEC again, impacted Ferrari strategy by ignoring pit call again.

LEC, he is cursed. He could have run another 10 laps on his mediums and was called in too early for the wrong tire. Ferrari lost his race on Friday by burning up his Mediums during practice.

Ferrari strategy team leader is a computer programmer that is unable to think or adjust during the race. Ravin Jain needs to be removed and Madrid born Iñaki Rueda does what Sainz Sr requests.

MAG king of the meatball flag

Stroll. Watch his onboard and radio in the last lap. He spoke to engineer by saying “you F**KED me”. When asked to push again, he replied “NO!” The he drove his car off-road and ignored calls to cool the car. No doubt he has no concern of getting fired.

Danny R needs to make room for new talent.

RUS paid tribute to the boss of Merc (Ham). Aggressive and nervous.

Clutch engagement point adjusted to speed attachment because it was slipping and would cause a DNF. This adjustment cause the tires to lock up briefly which caused the spin, impressive that Max adjusted to this for the race.

Alonso has had enough of Alpine he is of to Aston at the end of the season. Looks like Piastry will get his drive in F1 after all!!

Edited to add I wonder what happens with the Williams seat? I can't see Latifi staying for another year I wonder if we will get to see Logan S in F1, Interesting.

things were brighter than ever for Mercs but it wasnt enough to win the race.. Lewis' DRS problem pushed the change even further.. but one way another it was "hopeful" race for Mercs.. 2nd half of the season i hope they ll at least win a race..

and yeah.. Ferrari.. each race they can find something new to ruin the race especially Leclerc's.. but this time even Leclerc couldnt understand the point of the strategy team.. they probably wanted to do something different but after seeing hard tires are useless from other teams it was a losing call for sure...

well done to Max and Red Bull.. they snatched another race it must be good for them to have vacation with this point difference..

I've just been on the Italian newspaper site and though it can't be transalated..'Flop Ferrari' says it all.
No doubt the cooler temps caught Ferrari out on Sunday and even Wolff was saying the reds used the wrong tires as far back as in practice.
Sometimes it pays to start tenth and eleventh, look how Sainz tore through the field at Ricard in the last one and their strat man sidelined him when he had a chance to challenge Ham.

Not only is Ferrari strategy in the gutter, their pit times are terrible, seems every race they completely blow a stop for Carlos, especially if they attempt an undercut or timing is critical. So Carlos stops are erratic while Charles’ seem generally the slowest average stops. This chart generally shows they are getting worse and all over the place…

Toto Wolff pointed out that, as regards tires management, Ferrari had badly planned the weekend: they ran out of medium tires for Charles during the race.

This Gazzetta dello Sport is saying sarky like that Max could stay away from the next three races and still be ahead of the Monaconian when he comes back for the race after Monza.

Wolff has put out that Ferrari may have been using an illegal gas pedal according to his team that mimic telemetry from other teams, how on earth can you make a car quick just by that only the mind boggles.

They never showed how Mag damaged his front wing. Other than saying contact with DannyRic. Was it Mag or Danny’s fault? With Haas strategy, wouldn’t have made a difference anyway probably.
