We went to Farmers market yesterday and bought a couple bags of bean/sprout mix for soup. Then the wonderful, so smart, excellent cook I happened to somehow entrap as my wife went all kitchen-sink on the pot and I have this amazing concoction of sopa with a little ciabatta bread we got there too. I've managed to identify ground beef, carrots, celery, and parsley in the mix.
