We just can’t get enough of this bad kitty from Dodge. We started the aftermarket wheel craze on these MOPARS with our Black Challenger Hellcat, followed it by creating our very own Grand Cherokee Hellcat, then moved to the Plum Crazy Charger last week, and now we’ve come full circle with the Challenger you see here. It’s Violet paint wrapped in a matte clear paint protection film by The Sign Savers and its OEM wheels replaced by the impressive ADV5 Track Function CS forged wheels. When the cat’s away…

As the brand new S2 Series from HRE continues its roll out, we should start to see some excellent finish combinations popping up. A prime example is the uniquely optioned S204’s on this 991 Turbo S Cabriolet Porsche. Satin black centers with the outer lip and inner barrel both finished in Polished Red, it’s safe to assume that this convertible’s top won’t be on very often. Just take a look at the matching interior, why would anyone want to hide that with a silly roof. 200+ mph of open air performance never looked so good.

In an industry with so many wheel options it can be pretty overwhelming to decide on the perfect setup for your ride. But who said there had to be only one perfect option right? Our customer echoed that question and decided that two was better than one. The choices were both from Adv.1’s Track Function series – the first was the ADV8R CS and the latter was the ADV6 CS. Our votes of which looked best were split so now we ask you, which would you choose if you could only pick one?

When it comes to picking a wheel model for one of our promo fleet, the water cooler discussion of what wheels to run next can sometimes get a little heated… Do we play it safe with a style that we’ve seen over and over or do we go for something that has never been done before? Do we go clean and simple with the finish or add some color? With close to 100 different models in HRE Performance Wheels glorious lineup, the selection process can be consuming. This time however, we noticed one style in particular that hasn’t gotten very much attention – the RS106. It’s smooth spoke face and hidden hardware construction make for an elegant and sophisticated configuration, but we were missing the extra flair and panache we usually look for on a promo car - cue the finish suggestion of Polished Copper against Satin Black. It may not be for everyone but these wheels certainly fit the bill of a custom one-off order and we love ‘em for it.

When we took delivery of our 2017 Audi R8 V10 a couple of months back it wasn’t enough for us to just be the first to install performance wheels from the likes of HRE, Adv.1, and Rotiform on a 2nd generation R8 – we wanted more. We carefully brainstormed ways on how to take this German supercar to the next level and an old friend popped into mind – Heffner Performance. With the smashing results that they produced for us on our very own Ford GT we knew that our new babe was in good hands. What could we possibly do together to outshine that Ford GT build? Well, how about creating the world’s FIRST Twin-Turbo Gen2 R8 V10! Yes, that’s right: double forced induction along with Akrapovic Titanium Exhaust and Audi’s legendary Quattro system, a combo of epic proportions. We’re ecstatic to be able to have this incredible machine in our hands and be able to showcase to you all the things that are possible with it.
