I have applied to a few jobs while here at work but last weekend I was talking to a friend about a position that may open up soon at his company so we'll see.

Careful, you think they'd monitor your activity at work or nah? Regarding internet usage and shit, if they're trying to get rid of folks.

We cater to the rich people in France, Brazil and Canada who want to travel to the US of A. The agents book all their flights, hotels and activities. We also cater to VIP's and major group events as well. The owner travels with those groups and VIP's to help show them around here, whether its here in Miami, NY, Cali or anywhere in the world if need be. He normally has 4 females from our office tag along, pay for their airfare and hotel, food as long as they bring their laptops with them to work abroad and hoping he gets them drunk enough to bang.

Since I have access to all of his accounts, he claims that we are not making enough money. Yet he has bragged last week that we've made the most ever in the first two months of any given year, has 5 business accounts with a combined total of $14M cash just sitting, makes at least $10K profit per day (I send him the reports everyday) we are short staffed, has us working in a run down office to save on overhead, no HR, no direct deposit and probably has other accounts overseas to avoid taxes. Also he promised to share over $10K in bonuses to everyone just before Christmas which never happened and wants to reduce PTO time back down to 15 days per year after he approved it to go up to 20.

EDIT: Also since we get paid with a live check, we have been delayed getting paid numerous times.

I still talk to a manager that used to work here. She is a lesbian, thus probably why he wanted her gone. She told me that she would apply to jobs on her own laptop for months before she found something and left.

He had a serious affair with this one girl who left last year at this time, even though she made numerous errors but apparently gave great sex and head. I would see that he would give her $4k bonuses out of nowhere and still paid her for three months severance pay.
