I also fought a retard at the bottom on a 315 pause bench. I told him don't touch it and he put his headphones on. I'm at my chest saying taking your fucking hands off. He thinks I'm buried and pulling up and I'm fighting him for it holding it down.

Ok, that is impressive. I always was shitty at bench. My rear delts would always hurt on anything but incline, so that's all I did. My most was 225x5 on incline and 285 flat.

Bench has been my best lift and if I'm having decent day can do competition lift at 315. Have had good days at 335-340.

They aren't I'm dealing with left shoulder and bicep now. Just have good days and get after it. it's rear delt that hurts now and doesn't bug me much on bench.

Try doing elastic band pull aparts for rear delt and rhomboids if you havent already. They really helped my rear delt issues.

True story:

Back in the day, I went to help my college girl move home from UNC Chapel Hill. I had finished my classes the week earlier at USC.

Her roommate dated one of the players on the last Dean Smith Championship team, so I had access to gym space that most 'regular' students did not. Basically - I played ball every day for about a week.

One evening, a group of Asian students, no taller than 5'6' came into the gym and wanted to play some pick-up.

I ran point (at 6'3") while every one of the 'post' players were 5'6" or shorter. Nothing funnier than a guy 5 foot tall, posting up another 5 foot tall guy, calling for the ball like he's Shaq
