No second interviews. The fun part is hearing or seeing people for the first time. After that, nah.
I will do video interviews for those who only did an audio one though (eg. Sara, Sugar, ASB, etc)
Also still waiting for Belgium, V147 and Tonka

I read this as you'll sit on Belgium's face for a good time to do another interview.

Hot balls, hot legs, hot head, hot chest.... fuggin hot up in there. Fan pushes 1750cfm and now it's much cooler. It's usually about 73 in the house with 50% humidity, but if the air isn't moving over you, it seems to do nothing. Huge difference with the fan going.

Do you use a heart rate monitor or anything to track what you've burned?

Good shit. I used to use a Polar Fit FT7. Battery died in it though, and I never got around to replacing it.

I'm pretty methodical with my routines though and my metabolism is peaked, so I estimate the burn to be relatively similar throughout my weight lifting.

Based on my experience using a power meter on my bike (which is the most accurate way to calculate calories burned) i would tend to believe that weight lifting burns a lot more calories than most of my body building friends think.

While weight lifting doesn't sustain a lot of wattage output, durning the lift and maintaining the weight while lowering it has to expend a crap ton of watt power. During an hour workout with with actual weight lifting occurring for 35 min out of that hour, i'd bet you're averaging at least 150 watts for the hour. Each lift of heavy weight must be upwards of 1500 to 2000 watts while just sustaining that weight though the lowering process is likely still upwards of 700-800 watts.

So expending 150 watts for an hour will garner upwards of 500-600 calories on top of your BMR.

All guesses, well, somewhat educated guesses. But i could be way off. jtodd_fl (if you call me out on being wrong i'll deny it and resort to calling you petty names. Bitch)

Edit: 150 avg watts might be high. 100 may be more appropriate. But still, that's coming up on 300 cal or so .

Not my area of expertise, but since it's the Internet, briefly considered asserting you were wrong anyway and questioning your gender, age, and sexuality. But didn't, because I realized if I did that you, statistically be could be a young lesbian then and j didn't want to deify you.

That sounds about right to me, professor. During a 65 minute core/weight routine I usually average about 100 calories every 10 minutes.
