Avocado bacon burgers have been hitting the spot for me. They didn't have my normal patties, so I went for some smaller 85/15 grass fed and doubled down. I've been seasoning the bacon with black pepper and crushed red pepper for a little spice against the creamy avocado. Gouda cheese is also a familiar trend.

Potato cauliflower pea curry

Only one word needed to describe this: wow.

Garnished with mint chutney and mixed vegetable pickle, not pictured.

Fresh whole spices are the game changer for this vegetarian curry. The standout spice is cinnamon, used in whole form. Whole black cardamom is a close second in the symphony of flavor. My favorite Indian dish at the moment.

This wasn't my dinner per se, but before dinner. I was surprised how good this particular canned cold brew coffee was. The coffee used reminded me a bit of Peaberry type coffee beans I've had from Hawaii.
