I smoked some fish this weekend:

Bluefish and Salmon brining overnight:

Out to dry for a few hours. I took it out of the fridge at the end:

On the smoker:

Fresh off the smoker:

Made bluefish Patte. I copied the Legal Seafoods recipe:

It came out fucking amazing. Even better the next day.

Then I made some Sushi rolls:

Also fucking amazing.

Sunday $145 to shoot 260 rounds of 556.

Sunday includes range fee. Still expensive to want to shoot once a week on the weekend.
